Just an average day on the tables. Play was extremely slow today. Only had probably 4 big hands today. Just an extremely card dead day. Had to make some plays and steal some pots when I knew what my competition was holding and I knew I could get them off the hand. I'm hoping to build my bankroll around 1100 before I have to leave for my trip on the 6th of March. that way I'll be playing 50NL by the 15th of March when Rakebreak comes in. I told Jon he'll probably pull away while I'm on vacation, I think it would be funny if I could catch him by around Day 40. Well here are some hands from today. Enjoy!

Nevermind fellow grinders, I don't hate poker, well at least not after today. After yesterdays brutal session I knew I need to have a descent session today. I was hoping to just get around 3 buyins today. I did a little better than that. Won all my money back from yesterday and almost 2 more buyins. Hands were getting payed off and I wasn't getting COOLERED like yesterday. I think I maybe made 2 mistakes today. I also had some pretty sick reads and avoided being stacked a couple times. GOD I HATE POKER. What a terrible, terrible day. I seriously could not win a pot today. Besides the coolers I have posted below I had top set busted by flush draws 3 fucking times today. Maybe I was running hot but man days like this make you want to just quit the game and hang it up forever. The more I play and try to get even the more I get donked. I'm just gonna quit for the day and hopefully be able to win some tomorrow. The one good thing from today is I got all my hud and PT finally working. Lot of good it does when donks are sucking out like crazy. GRRRRRRRR today sucked, oh well that's poker.

Today was the most roller coaster day of my life. I was up as high as $791 and as low as $639. I don't think I have taken more sick ass beats than today. I got my computer today and finally got the goods. I didn't buy Idle Miner because another grinder I met online helped me finding a free software for data mining. I probably will not get sixth sense for another week just because my database isn't big enough yet. PT and PAHUD are tight as hell and hopefully will bring me more money. Had a HUGE session this morning and am now over $500. My hud is giving me some troubles, Jon if you read this blog we need to talk. Work is so exhausting, I wish I could just sit at home and play poker all day. Jumped on for a little bit before midnight but am going to post this blog as the 16th. If there is one thing I've learned is you need to raise with any pocket pair 22-AA. Building a pot for a reasonable price and when you hit your hand you always get paid off, especially when someone at your table hits TOP TOP. The huge advantage of playing tAG is the people at your table just can't believe you have it every time. People make stupid calls when your hanging on to a set or flush. They just get blind sided. It's great to stack people playing marginal hands. I'll probably put in a long session tomorrow, I finally have a day off it will probably be a 2500 hand day.

Haven't played any today yet but will be putting in a session tonight from midnight til about 4:00 get my 1200 hands in. Rakebreak finally came in so the bankroll is back where it needs to be. Will be getting a new job and be getting on salary. Friday I'm buying a computer and buying what Jon calls the FAB FOUR. Poker Tracker, Aces HUD, Idle Miner, and Sixth Sense. According to statistics using these tools can increase your winning up to 200% playing the weakest 10% of the tables. Can't wait to start making the good money and hopefully catch up to Miller, lol. I will be putting in some long sessions once I get my computer with a 20" moniter. Four tables with no overlap, SSSWEET. This month's rakebreak is already up to $245 throught the 10th of Feb. hoping to get another $150-$200 next month will hopefully be sitting around $600 this time next month. Moving up to $25NL will be so nice.

I jumped on this morning before work thought I would play a few hands. Got in 307 before work and had a good session winning 2.5 buy-ins in 1.5 hours $18/hr too bad I didn't get paid that at my job. Wow I have never lost more money with aces and kings, taking some friendly advice from Jon I tightened up my game quite a bit. It seems that nobody at these limits gives two shits how long you wait to play a hand. I got trip aces busted 2x by runner runner flush and straight cards I guess I can't complain when I get my money in the pot with the best of it but some of these players blow my mind. I can't wait to get my computer back and buy poker tracker. I pray to god it works because today I've taken the sickest beats i've had in a very long time. Day 1

I got this idea from a guy named Jon Miller. I decided I need to start tracking my success and see how long it truly does take to make the big money. I'm gonna follow Jon's level rules and hope to make it big. I guess the only difference is I actually started at $80 but have worked my bankroll up to around $200. 50K is alot but if i can make around 10k I will be happy.

Last month I had $570 in MGR(27% being returned to me) from rakebreak which will kick about fifteen buy-ins my way on the twelth. My computer is in the shop right now but I will be trying to average 1000 hands a day.
