Day 3

Wow I have never lost more money with aces and kings, taking some friendly advice from Jon I tightened up my game quite a bit. It seems that nobody at these limits gives two shits how long you wait to play a hand. I got trip aces busted 2x by runner runner flush and straight cards I guess I can't complain when I get my money in the pot with the best of it but some of these players blow my mind. I can't wait to get my computer back and buy poker tracker. I pray to god it works because today I've taken the sickest beats i've had in a very long time. I bet this morning I saw Aces and Kings around 15x combined and I know my aces got cracked at least 3X and Kings 2x. My computer restarted so I'm unable to get the hands posted but here's one beat with aces.

Aces Cracked but I did have my money in with the best of it:

Was playing real tight but online players will limp with any ace, guess I should have laid it down??

Jaime-

Yeah some pretty sick beats. It looks like when you raise you are raising using the pot button. At $100NL and below I think this is a mistake. Try raising 4x the bb plus 1 BB for ever limper. Example is in your game........you are on the button.....UTG limps,UTG + 1 folds, cutoff limps....you have AQs on button.......You should be raising here to $.60. This builds the pot and gets people out so you can get heads up! Any three betting preflop I suggest 3.5x their raise. Hope this helps! Best of luck!

One more thing- :)
I see you said you will keep playing NIT poker..........What does that mean to you?? 16 VPIP and 15 PFR is not NIT poker. NIT is more limping pocket pairs and having a VPIP of 16 and PFR of like 8. This would be more NIT.......I bet you are playing more TAG than you think. Next goal shold be to get PT and see how you are playing! Best of luck again
